Our Commitment to Stewardship
80¢ of each dollar Mercy Ships receives goes straight to our Ship and Field Operations – providing surgeries and world-class medical care to those who have no other hope. As little as 20¢ is set aside for the general costs and overhead expenses.
Every dollar received in operating funds is matched by over $1.50 in contributed goods and services.
Mercy Ships is charter member of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA) which provides accreditation to Christian nonprofit organizations that faithfully demonstrate compliance with established standards for financial accountability, fund-raising and board governance.
Mercy Ships is committed to being completely transparent with you.
Donors like you deserve more than vague overviews. You deserve to see how your contributions directly impact those in need of critical care and love.

If you need anything else, call us. We love talking with our partners about all that we’re doing to reach the world’s forgotten poor.
One more thing: Thank you.
