(a new picture with the whole family will come...) Mercy Ships delivers free, world-class healthcare services to the forgotten poor in developing nations. More than 1,500 crew members from around the globe serve annually. Each one volunteers his/her services to help fulfill the mission of Mercy Ships. The Tvedts have served on board the Africa Mercy since July 2008. The family consists of Jorid (VVF Coordinator), Dag (Chief Dental Officer), Linde (9th grade academy student), Bendik (6th grade academy student) and Fride (3rd grade academy student).
