Crew Assistance Fund

Mercy Ships crew represent more than 40 nations.

Serving the Forgotten Poor
Many of our dedicated crew members serve the forgotten poor of West Africa for several months, others for a number of years, and there are even those who have made a lifelong career of serving onboard one of our ships. Those working on our hospital ship are the lifeblood of our work, showing love and delivering a message of hope and healing to the worlds poorest countries.

Keep a Crew Member in Active Service
Each person serving on the ship is responsible for raising their support to serve with us. You can express your support for our work by investing in the Crew Assistance Fund and help provide for our dedicated crew members.

The Crew Assistance Fund provides for singles, couple and families serving on the ship when they have a financial shortfall. All contributed funds are utilized to help a crew member remain in active service with Mercy Ships! Without our dedicated crew, our work would not be possible. Some crew members do not have adequate support to continue serving long-term with us. Others have ended their service early due to lack of sponsorship. Your contribution will help us to keep those who are making a lasting impact serving aboard the ship.

It takes a dedicated team of volunteers to make free treatment available from the medical team to the ship engineers and the deck crew. Please join with us to make a lasting difference through the Crew Assistance Fund! If you prefer to sponsor an individual staff member, please reference the names below:
