Below are the steps you need to follow to complete your matching donation through Microsoft.
1. Go to internal Microsoft Web site http://give.
2. Click on the "Match Now" button.
3. You are redirected to the Easymatch external web site.
4. If you have not donated to Mercy Ships before, Type in "Mercy Ships" in the Organization Name box and click the Search button then click ‘Add to cart’ link
5. If you have donated to Mercy Ships within the last 12 months, click the ‘Add to cart’ at the right of the Mercy Ships entry row
6. Click ‘CONTINUE’ button
7. Select the Make a new gift now radio option
8. Enter in your name and Gift Amount
9. Fill in payment details
10. Select ‘Match With Product’ radio button
11. Click on the ‘ADD PRODUCT’ button
12. Enter in the product name, based on the product you want to match, from the above Current Needs list. Please select from the high priority items first.
13. Select the product you wish to match and update the quantity. If there is an item you would like to match, but are unable to match the full quantity, just enter the quantity you are able to match and we will update the balance.
14. Click ‘CONTINUE’ button
15. Click ‘CONFIRM’ button
