What to Expect
Africa Mercy: Meals and Dining Facilities
Nutritious meals are served in our dining room on board three times per day. The menu is set by our Executive Chef and is often determined by the food available. We do have a Crew Galley for personal cooking but it is limited in space and supplies and will require you to purchase groceries/supplies at the local market or in the Ship Shop.
Unfortunately, we cannot cater to specific eating habits or diets (vegetarian, gluten free, low cholesterol, low carb, etc) but try to offer a variety of options at each meal.
All food and water on board is safe for consumption.
In addition to the Dining room, the Africa Mercy has a snack bar, Starbucks Cafe, and Ship Shop which sells drinks, snacks and other items at set times throughout the day.
