Anchor Church is a special designation given to a congregation who has pledged to partner with Mercy Ships. Our Anchor Church partners have access to programs that can help meet the needs of your mission goals. There are many different levels depending on what best suits your church.
Ways to Get Involved

This partnership...
- Brings the ship, the project, the people to your congregation via your personalized Anchor Church webpage.
- Provides a customized “turnkey” mission trip with all the logistics and details arranged for you.
- Enables trip participants to share their experience with their church and community by providing a personalized visual account of their experience as well as a website to blog their daily activities to friends and family back home.
- Equips your church with a global mission outreach platform.
- Develops a mission project plan by working closely with church staff, including supplementary literature and in some cases a Mercy Ships speaker to help customize the experience your church is seeking.
- Offers involvement opportunities for the individual or group.
- Improves the visibility and impact of your church within the community.
